Once you have activated Khor's integration with Teamtailor you are ready to start sending out assessments to your job applicants through Teamtailor. In this article you will learn how this is done. Also. you can watch the video for the basics steps to do it.
To enable this integration, you must have an agreement with IU Corporation. If you don’t have it already, please contact your sales representative or contact us at info@iucorporation.com
Once you have an agreement with us, go to Teamtailor's Marketplace (1), and select Khor integration (2).
And Activate (3) the integration to get an Integration key (4). Copy the key and send it to soporte@iucorporation.com or to your sales representative to complete de activation in Khor. Don't forget to click on the Update button (5) to save the activation key on Teamtailor
To use Khor, the first step is to add a Khor trigger to your recruitment process in Teamtailor. This means the battery test is automatically sent to the candidate the first time the candidate is moved into this stage.
Head over to one of your jobs on Teamtailor. From the applications view, you should click on Triggers (1).
Then select the stage where the candidates will receive an invitation to apply for the assessments and click on the “Add trigger” (2) button and scroll down until you find the option “Send Khor webhook” (3)
A form will open where you can select the profile you want to use to evaluate candidates for this position. Click on “Select the profile to be evaluated” (4) to see the profiles available.
You can search for the profile or scroll down to find the one to use. Click on the profile to select it (5).
Optionally, you can set up how Teamtailor reacts to the score (compatibility) of the candidate. Click on “Move candidate when complete” (6) to see the options available.
Khor score is the compatibility percentage of the candidate versus the profile. You can advance the candidate to another stage based on its score. (7)
Remember, the assessments are group by a profile you can define in Khor. A profile can contain 1 or more assessments, and you can define how they are used to obtain the compatibility with the profile.
Once the candidate completes the assessments of the profile, the compatibility of the candidate is sent back to Teamtailor, where you can review the score.
The score presented in the chart is the compatibility percentage. Also you can see a few details by selecting the three dots and selecting “View details” (8) and a small form will present the details.
If you want to see more details of the assessments and the results of the candidate, you can click on the link “See results” (9) and it will download a report in PDF format.
